During launch Lumi is completely free, with every feature. SMS messages are bought separately, by use.

Each therapist has their own calendar, hours and services. Clients choose a therapist or "anyone".
Can I cut no-shows?
Yes. An automatic reminder before every appointment with a cancel link, and a cancellation policy clients accept when booking.
Is client information protected?
Yes. Only you see client details, and staff see only their own appointments.
How long does it take to start?
A quarter of an hour. Sign up, add services and hours, and send the link to clients. You can also import clients from a file.
