How much does it cost?
During launch Lumi is completely free, with every feature. SMS messages are bought separately, by use.
Can I book another client while colour is processing?
Yes. Give the service a processing time (say 30 minutes) and the calendar lets you book a short service in that gap – a blow-dry, a cut or highlights.
Where do I keep colour formulas?
Each client card has a colour card: shade, developer, amounts and notes. Everyone on the team sees it next time.
Can I import my client list?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file and clients come in with phones, emails and birthdays.
How long does it take to start?
A quarter of an hour. Sign up, add services and hours, and send the link to clients. You can also import clients from a file.
