♿ Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 2026

Lumi is committed to giving equal service to all clients and visitors, including people with disabilities. We have invested in making the site and the system comfortable and accessible, in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities law and its service accessibility regulations (2013).

Accessibility level

The site follows Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA, as far as possible. It was checked in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, on computers and phones.

What we did

  • Full keyboard navigation with a clear focus indicator
  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
  • Screen reader support: structured headings, labelled form fields and described buttons
  • Alternative text for meaningful images
  • Sufficient color contrast and support for the device's "reduce motion" setting
  • Works on any screen size and supports text zoom up to 200%
  • Accessibility menu: bigger text, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links, readable font, line spacing, stop animations and a big cursor

Business pages

Business pages (booking pages) are built on Lumi's accessible system. Content uploaded by businesses themselves – photos, descriptions and service names – is each business's responsibility. Physical accessibility of the premises (access, parking, entrance) is the business's responsibility – please contact the business directly.

Parts that are not fully accessible

Despite our efforts, some parts may not be fully accessible yet, for example maps (also shown as a text list), third-party content (WhatsApp, Google) and photos uploaded by businesses. We keep improving accessibility on an ongoing basis.
